Privacy Policy

Account details: your name and email address, handled by our login provider, Clerk.

YouTube channel details: if you are a creator and connect your channel, we read your channel name and ID and the public stats of the videos you submit. We ask Google for read-only access and we do not store your Google password or access token.

Payment details: cards and payout accounts are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card or bank numbers.

Activity: campaigns, game keys, submitted videos, verified views, earnings and transactions on your account.

To run Xparity: verifying that videos belong to the channel submitting them, counting verified views, paying creators and billing studios.

To keep the platform safe, including preventing fraud. Xparity staff can access accounts to provide support and investigate problems, and that access is logged.

Studios see the public channel name and stats of videos submitted to their campaigns, not creators' email addresses.

We share data with the services that run Xparity: Clerk (login), Stripe (payments), Google/YouTube (video data) and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data.

Xparity uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data Google holds.

You can remove Xparity's access at any time from your Google account's security settings, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@xparity.com. We keep transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
